Numdaji Kwei Children’s Centre is a purpose built centre providing quality care for 40 children per day. The centre is located on the grounds of RMIT University in a beautiful semi-rural setting bounded by heritage-listed redgums. The name, meaning ‘white mate’, was given to the Centre by the Wurrundjeri Land Council. The Wurrundjeri people were the original inhabitants of the land on which the Centre is located.
Our experienced and highly dedicated educators care and educate children aged 3 months to commencement of school. Our open door policy provides a warm and friendly atmosphere for all children and families. The centres three children’s rooms promote a welcoming, child focused environment for children of similar ages. The 3-5 room incorporates an interactive and exciting 4 year old Kindergarten program.
Our natural outdoor play space allows the children the opportunities to explore nature and the environment first hand.
Numdaji Kwei Childrens Centre encourages early learning and child care who provide the foundation for children to develop both educationally and socially in a safe environment while supporting parents into work.
